CollectionBase and Winforms DataGrid AllowSorting

Hi

I have created a strongly typed collection using ColllectionBase. When I place this collection into a Winforms DataGrid, the collection will not sort. I have tried setting the AllowSorting from the UI and through code. But neither works.

Any suggestions
