Collect data in Access 2007 by using e-mail

Hi, i'm using this cool tool to update my data - the problem - in my database i added several customers - now i only want to email my sales rep 5 per day, how would i go about this? In the database 100 records belongs to 1 sales rep with his email address attached, now i want to send him 5 per day but the system will email all 100? Any ideas?
