Collated print jobs

's Computer Specifications

I have a question, I am having a problem printing collated
jobs. A first attempt at solving the issue, I unistalled
and reinstalled the printer and drivers. Then out of
desperation to save time I resulted to unistalling and
reinstalling Microsoft Office 2000 completely. Still I had
no success, please I would like input from fellow users.
What is another fix possible
