i can not get the collate box to change from a check mark
to empty. i do not want to collate with my printer which
is a lexmark z23. i'm not very knowledgable about
computers and printers but i've tried to follow the help
instructions but i can not even get into some of the
windows the instructions tell me to. please help me i'm
lost!!!!!!!!!
