Collapsing the Groups

I am having a issue in expanding and collapsing groups. I go to the
BCM contacts, click on view and then i click on expand/collapse groups
and then I try to collapse or expand the BCM contacts in the category
view. This results in Not responding state of Outlook. But we can
click on any category and click on collapse all or expand all and that
works.

This happens in Outlook 2007 with BCM 2007
