Why would this be? While viewing the source folder and the message you wish
to move, but before you start to drag, scroll the Navigation Pane so that
the destination folder is visible. Then dragging is easy, since the folder
you want is there. You migh also find Edit>Copy (or Move) to Folder is more
efficient.
