I am trying to make something nice with my personal pictures am I abel to
make a collage if my own pictures with Microsft office Picture Manager?

Possibly print them and then use scissors and paste.

I assume this post was an accident... as your off topic.

microsoft.public.windows.photo newsgroup for more information.

MicroSoft Photo Editor 3 was shipped with many versions of Office. It
can be used to compile a collage. Open a new file with a large canvas;
then paste your various images onto the canvas. There are many other
programs that can do the same thing, and lots of them are far more
flexible than MicroSoft's Photo Editor. MicroSoft's Digital Image Pro,
version 10 or later ($$$), is a very versatile tool after you learn how
to use it.
