CodeSwap doesn't run

I tried to install Codeswap VS add-in but it didn't succeed. I get the
following error in the event log. What's wrong? What path is it looking
for?

System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The system cannot find the path
specified
at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithCreateProcess(ProcessStartInfo
startInfo)
at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start()
at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
at VSAddinSetup.AddinReg.ExecuteRegAsm(String dllName)
