I developed my database in Access 2000. Even VB code was working well. After
a network upgrade no event procedures would work for any users of the
network, however, admin users were able to use everything.
We upgraded to 2002. Which enabled the Switchboard to work, but still no
event procedures.
We have now upgraded to 2003. And nothing works again.
Please give me some idea of things to try.

Do Admin users have rights(permisisions) to the network directory that the
other users don't?
