Why do I get this message box when I attempt to enter content in editable
area of a template that has been attached to a new page? And how do I fix it?

"Your change could not be applied because the code is locked by a dymanic
web template."

The area is not editable, if you get that message

I have had the same problem, even when my cursor looks as if it's within the
editable region. I have to go into Code view, which always works.
