I have a form for people to fill out with any questions or suggestions on my
main page. When I choose this option(link to form(Submittion_Form.asp), the
page appears in code. What have I missed?

Is your web running on a server on your machine such as IIS.
An asp page "Must" be "served" from a server via http:// in order to display correctly.

I started thinking about it after I replied last time, I'm running XP Home
not Pro. Is there any way of getting this to work? I've been working on this
website for about 4 months now on my own, can't afford to have one built. Any
help would be appreciatted.

You need to publish the site to a host running Windows web servers,
and test on that site. Alternatively, upgrade to Windows XP Pro, and
install IIS and FrontPage extensions.
