Could someone tell me what code coverage tool are people using to asses code
coverage for device drivers. One that loads at boot. I can't seem to find
anything that is good. And to top it off, I am not sure how to verify if
any of these tools are using same algorithm that MS code coverage is using.

I've use CCover from http://www.bullseye.com/ it works well. It will not
give the same results as MS, until MS releases their internal one there is
no way to get that.
