Code a button and Macro to Insert data to an Oracle Database

How can I code a button and to insert spreadsheet data through an ODBC
connection to an Oracle Database Server?
We require that ODBC prompt for Server, Userid and Password.
We do not want to code ADO prompts for the userid and password.
