code auditing tools for dot.net?

hi..

are there any code auditing review tools that would enforce custom
rules in additions to standrad ones?

if therent' i was thinking on maybe using aspect.net to create
compiler errors if that's possible..

i've also heard about fxcop.but not sure about it.
