It's probably a device integrated into the motherboard. Although you don't
have any PCI cards installed, it's quite probable that your integrated
motherboard audio, modem, or NIC is on the PCI bus and requires a driver
loaded to operate correctly. Check out
http://support.dell.com/home.aspx
and look for drivers for your device.
