My USB 2.0 device appears in Hardware Manager with a
yellow exclaimation mark, and a code 28 error. The
Microsoft website says I need to contact Microsoft
Technical Support, but I would like to know if there is
another way to fix this.

Anybody have an answer for this?

Thanks,

Keith Koster
