Code 19 after installing new mouse

I installed a wireless keyboard and mouse from Logitech,
and now my mouse won't work. I even tried switching back
to the old mouse, but it won't work now either. In the
device manager it says something about "drivers in
registry damaged or incomplete (code 19)"
