code 12 error, netgear wireless card

Hi,

I'm having issues with a netgear ma521 wireless pc card. Despite
installing all the various hotfixes etc, it persists in displaying a
code 12 error.

I am unable to change any resources and I am unable to find which
resources it is using.

I have tried disabling other resources, but to no avail.

Any ideas?

I am running XP home.
The card properties displays "CardBus Slot 1 (PCI bus 129, device 0,
function 0)" and no other items appear to use the same resource.
