Code 10 for a AVA-2904

hello,
sorry for my english but ... french

for XP Home

i have installed an Adaptec PCI-SCSI card model AVA-2904
but when the drivers (AIC7850) are also installed, i have
a "?" in the device and "code 10" so this card is unavailable;
(under 98 it was correct)
