The COA is not unique to 32 bit or 64 bit versions.
If it is valid for one, it will be for the other.
Retail Vista comes with both 32 and 64 bit media (Ultimate) or 64 bit media
can be ordered (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business) and will work using the
same key.
This does not mean you can install both using the same license, Install and
use, 32 bit or 64 bit on the single license.
