Co-Exist with Sunbelt Software's CounterSpy RealTime Monitors?

I have Sunbelt's CounterSpy installed on my Windows XP
Professional SP2 machine. Since CounterSpy is a close
derivative of the Giant AntiSpyware that is the
foundation of the Microsoft AntiSpyware product, I
imagine that I cannot have the CounterSpy's realtime
monitors running at the same time as the Microsoft's
AntiSpyware's realtime monitors. Is this true?
