Whenever I send email to Brazil or Russia, it bouces back. I can send it with
no problem from a web email account or from my Blackberry but it always
bounces back if I send it through Outlook. I have copied the email message
below:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail.fortune3.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<(E-Mail Removed)>:
CNAME lookup failed temporarily. (#4.4.3) I'm not going to try again; this
message has been in the queue too long.

This means that your mail router cannot find the correct information for the
ig.com.br domain. This is not an Outlook problem, but a mail routing problem.
Speak to the people who manage the mail server.
