For all you old timers, just found out you can reset the CMOS by removing
the charge battery for 2 minutes.

When I last messed around with one, they worked on a trickle charge and I
managed to turn one to shiny dust.

If you have a programmable one (as I do) and get hammered by greasy little
hackers, this information is invaluable.
