CMI Error 0x8002802b

Upon initiating a "Dependancy Check" in Target Designer I
get the following error box:

Configuration Management Interface (CMI) Error
Code = 0x8002802b
Description =

Does anyone know what this error is caused by?

That error is unfamiliar to me. Check your Event Viewer application log for
any clues. There may be other unrelated harmless cmi errors in the log, so
clear the log, repro the problem and note the errors that occur at exactly
the same time.

As a last resort you can always uninstall and reinstall the Database.
