I seem to have lost my cmd32.exe file. Any ideas on how to
get it back.

You wan't to look for CMD, I suppose.

Greetings --

You don't want that file. CMD32.exe *is* the virus; it's
certainly not a valid Windows system file. Pay particular attention
to _all_ of the removal instructions:

W32.Kwbot.C.Worm
