My computer using windows XPsp2. I recently lost internet connection so I try to use cmd.exe to ping to other site. The cmd prompt windows poped up and then disapeared right away. How can I do to fix this problem? Thank you very much.

Try this:
- Click Start / Run
- Type c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe{OK}

If this does not work then your machine may be infected
with a virus. Get rid of the virus, then try again.
