cmd full screan mode

my image have explorer shell,when i exe cmd it start in
window when i press ALT + ENTER this message is show
The video device faild to inizialize for full screan mode
i add this componet
vga save
full screan graphic mode
full screan video driver for console
i not add
the hardaware component of display adapter because there
isn't my adapter
the component hardawere of monitor
CAN YOU HELP ME
PLEASE IS VERY INPORTANT FOR ME
