I am FTPing about 20MB of files via command line to a remote server. It
works except that after a few files the local cmd.exe program freezes and the
uploads stop. When I click the "x" to close the application I get an error
message telling me to "end now" or "continue". But once I hit that "x" the
ftp resumes properly and all files are sent until it stops again and I have
to hit the "x" again. If I do not watch the cmd.exe application then the
files stop uploading and I get disconnected.
I've watched the perfmon and event viewers as it sends data and it appears
normal and freezes in different places whether it's high or low in activity
and there is no event registered.
What is going on here and how can I fix this?
