Cluster NT server upgrade to 2000

I have windows NT4.0 Cluster member server. I need to
upgrade it to 2000 member server with Rollback/ Disaster
recovery option.

Secondly what is the best way to upgrade normal winnt 4.0
member server to win 2000 with Rollback option
