Will CLR ever be embedded within IE, as within Yukon ?

IE already hosts the CLR, so that you can run .NET programs inside IE.
What kind of functionality are you looking for?

I am looking for an [eventual] environment where an IE client/user (surfing
on my site) ends up with a rich [Windows Forms] GUI interface; without ever
having to install .NET runtime, etc.
