clr error 80004005

I had Creative Memories Manager 2.0 installed in my computer and it worked
fine until recently. Now when I try to start the program it give me clr
error 80004005 and won't start the program. I tried uninstalling and
reinstalling it and it still gives me the error. I also upgraded to Windows
Media Player 11 since I saw some errors due to the Media Player Library and
still get the error message. Any idea's out there on how to fix it? Thanks
in advance. I have Windows XP SP2
