When I close a page online that is in pdf format, a box opens up that says "Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for any inconvenience." My internet connection closes and then opens back up on my home page. Does anyone know how to fix this? Please send me an email.

Seems to me this is an Adobe Acrobat Reader issue then Have you tried at Adobe's newsgroup? With that you need a username and password. You get that at their website.

http://www.adobeforums.com/cgi-bin/webx?14@@.ee6b2e6

Once you have that you can access their newsserver using Microsoft Outlook Express at adobeforums.com and the newsgroup is adobe.acrobat.windows or adobe.reader.

Disable automatic opening of PDFs in the browser. You do this in
Acrobat.
