Hi,

After closing Outlook 2003 normally (File -> Exit) I can verify through
Windows Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL) that actually it still remains in the
memory.

How can I close it, completely?

The system is Windows XP SP3.

Thanks,

SantistaS

First thing to do is to see if waiting a bit longer helps. Next, try running
ScanPST.EXE on your PST file(s) to see if that helps.
