closing outlook and restarting

hello, whenever i start outlook 2007, a dialog box always appears saying one
or more files didn't close properly. Then the program begins to do a check to
see if there was any damage to the program. What would be causing this
everytime? Thanks.

Before you shutdown your computer, is Outlook fully stopped? Check the task
list to see if Outlook.EXE is still running...
