Upon closing outlook 2003, I receive a MS Word warning "the file Normal
already exists. Do you want to replace it?" prompt. If I say no it takes me
to the "save as" "Normal" template directory file. I have to close out
without saving. This happens everytime I close Outlook 2003. Why?

What default setting should I change to eleminate this warning everytime I
close Outlook?

Thanks,
David
