closing email, closes outlook

We use outlook 2003. I have a user that when she closes an email (by
clicking the 'x'), it sometimes will close Outlook too.

It doesn't happen on each email but some that have links to other websites
or have an attached html page or sometimes it is just a normal email...it
varies.

Again, this doesn't happen each time - any ideas?
