When I close some programs (Word Perfect, Outlook, IE7, etc.), I'm noting
when I try to reopen them, things run very slow. If I close a document and
try to open it again, I get a message saying the document is being used by
another user. I'm the only user on my computer. When I try to reopen
Outlook, my Norton toolbars disappear. I've discovered that even when I
close these documents or programs, if I open task manager, they are still
active and I have to end processes. But after a few times of this, my
keyboard responds slowly and my typing is a real mess! Macros take forever
to load! What's going on?
