I've inserted a "close window" button on my pages, but when I click on it in
the browser I get the following message
To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file
from showing active content..."
Is there any way to allow customers to close a window without getting that
message?

Make sure you are testing the site from a web server, not your local HD.

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing
a Service Pack or security update, please contact
Microsoft Product Support Services:

If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a
security update, then there is usually no charge for the call.

Publish the page - it only does that on *your* local computer.

I was having this problem as well with some javascript code. Am I right in
understanding that you're saying once the page is published, this IE message
will not appear on a user's machine when they view the page? Thanks!
