close program

..When I exit internet explorer and immediately try to open it up again I get
a garbled screen, after about a monute or so then it connects properly.
almost like it is not closing when I exit. I am running XP Pro. on a Toshiba
Satellite Notebook
Any Ideas

Hi DoubleD,

Toshiba Satellite pro is an old machine (I have one with 256Mb of memory).
You may get better performance by having only the one program running while
you are surfing the web.
