close outlook from code

hi. i'm just trying to come up with the code that can
close outlook from code behind one of my access forms. i
have references to the outlook object model installed and
i'll have a timer event execute the code; i already have
the timer event set up. i'm just looking for the snippet
of code that will close outlook. any suggestions would be
great. thanks!
