How to close other's folder in Outlook 2003

In Outlook 2003, we can read other user's calendar or Inbox providing
permission is granted. Once we finish, we will exit but the folder list
keeps growing and it won't delete from the list. How to remove the other's
user folder from the list after we finish?

Thanks,
Brian

I'm assuming that you see the item listed in the Mail Favorites panel. Just
right click on it and select remove from favorites. (same goes for the
calendar panel)

No, they are listed under File->Open-> area. They are listed under Outlook
Data Files.

There is no Outlook user interface method of clearing this list.

Thank you. I guess this is a bug for Microsoft to fix it. The only way to
reset it is to remove and reinstall Outlook 2003 or office 2003 right now.
Pretty bad...

You shouldn't have to go that far as the "list" is actually stored in your
e-mail profile. That profile is accessed via control panel > mail applet >
show profiles. (Just create a new one [don't copy] and delete the old one.)
