Cloning PC's with XP Pro

I looking for the best possible way to setup one pc with XP Pro and other
software. Configure settings for Internet Options. Now what I would like to
do is clone this hard drive and burn it to a bootable DVD. Place the DVD in
another computer and install the same exact setting as the other PC.

I also would like more info on sysprep. I want to be able to change the
Product ID code and change the computer name this way there is no conflicts
on the network.

Questions,

1. How to clone HD to a bootable CD
2. Proper way to run sysprep
