Several answers:
- My version of Drive Image lets me make a recovery disk
that I can use to restore a whole disk partition.
- You could also create/restore a complete image with a
Bart PE boot CD (
www.bootdisk.com).
- You cannot run a restored image on another PC, unless
the hardware is identical. It it is not then Windows will
probably crash, regardless of any XP activation issues.
