Hi! :-)

I can't get WinXP's built in clock to stay on daylight savings time. I've
tried setting date and time properties/internet time to automatically sync
with both time.nist.gov and time.windows.com followed by setting the clock to
the correct time, but the next time the "next synchronization" date/time
comes up, it's an hour behind again. How do I fix that? I do have the
"automatically adjust" box under the time zone tab checked

I'm having this exact same problem! I think the time servers are screwed
up.

Since Daylight savings is earlier than normal this year, I think it screwed
up all the computers.
The only way I have been able to fix it is simply to uncheck the
"Automatically synch with time server" option and wait until they fix it.
FYI, do you do Windows updates? What service pack are you running? I don't
use Windows Update, so i'm wondering if they patched this and I just haven't
downloaded it yet.

Windows XP needs an update to function properly with the new DST:

I thought of that too, but it seems like considering how long it's been since
the new D.S.T. was approved, they would have had plenty of time to fix the
servers

I do have WinXP Home with SP2, there's no apparent patch

For the new DST?? It was released long before the change in time.
