Clock In Vista

Recently bought a new laptop. Vista OS. the clock isn't working properly in
system tray. It stays in the same hour....when i start up the time and date
remain the same as when i shut down...

any suggestions please ?

Mine loses around 10 minutes a week and gets corrected at the time check
online. Not sure how related they are but my BIOS date and time are
correct.

Can't think of a sig at the moment.
Read this instead.
