clock setting disabled with Compact Framework

I want disable the clock settings in pocket pc 2002 by using compact
framework?
I want clock but prevent from users to change the time settings...

Try changing the registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Clock\
Value: AppState
Data: 11 to enable, 30 to disable

Is there any way to disable the clock to avoid the user setting his own
time. By editing some registry settings manually?
