If I have a file or folder on my destination server that
is not on my local server...when I go to publish,
Frontpage always asks whether or not I want to delete it.
Is there a way to specify certain files which Frontpage
will automatically igonore no matter what (sort of like
Dreamweaver cloaking)? Thanks.

Create a folder in your local copy, then right click the folder and select convert to web.
