clips on xp---try to play--said no disk

Hello------I load vidio clips into my PC from my camera---and after i
disconnect the camara and delete the clips form camera--then when I try to
play the clips----dialog box comes up and says, there is no disk in the
drive..please insert a disk into drive!!!,,,,I then have to click on the box
12 or more times to get rid of the box-----after i get the dialog box off the
screen ,then some of the time the clip will play......................Thanks
