I want to upload clips from different vcd's but it seems to be saving an address on the disk and not the actually clip because my first clips are replaced by other clips when I put in another cd. How do I save the clips so I can upload other clips from other cds?

Browse the CD files and look at the folders and files on it.... MM2 will add
another movie (WMV file) to a disc that has space, but not remove the ones
already on it.

So maybe there are more files on the CD than the one that pops up
automatically, and you can copy them from the disc for uploading.
