Clipboard tool problems

Hallo everybody.
I have update to Vista and now i habe problems with my Clipboard tool "Ditto"
In XP all was good.

I have install with adminrights and starts with this rights.
In the tool i can create Hotkey to inport the datas (alt+1, alt+2) and other.

Now this Funktion dont work. :-(

My Question : Is the Clipboard from Vista a spezial security places ?
Can a external tool not read the Clipboard datas from Vista ?
